Hi, I’m Tina Maloney—an executive coach and consultant based in Milwaukee. I work with leaders and business owners who are serious about growth—not just for their organizations, but for themselves. From leading crisis response for 9,000+ employees to designing solutions for healthcare and corporate sectors, my experience spans executive leadership, organizational design, and hands-on operational excellence. I have successfully delivered executive succession planning and provided interim leadership in executive, operations, and HR roles, ensuring organizations maintain momentum and stability during times of transition. Now, I combine decades of corporate experience with the latest coaching methodologies, including select FocalPoint Coaching tools, to support Milwaukee-area leaders.
